Thai names: Phet phra in, Sa mai, Khon dam phi
Despite its
small size, in Thailand, the pseudobulb is widely used to treat oedema whereas

Japanese name: Mugiran
Chinese medicinal names: Maihu, Guoshanye, Yangnaicao,

In Sichuan,
the entire plant is used to treat tuberculosis, while treating coughs in
